No matter what you’re facing, you’re always talking to yourself. And the way you talk to yourself impacts the way that you feel. You may not even notice when you’re not being so nice to yourself. Think of it this way, if you’re talking to yourself in a bleak, gloomy or cold manner, there’s no room to help improve your overall health and well-being. You’ve robbed yourself of the chance to heal, grow, and maybe even flourish.
To get back on track, begin by spotting your poor self-talk and then aim to create new ways for upbeat inner chat. In other words, put the bat away! This can have a healthy impact on your emotions, belief system, and how your body and soul feel and spirit lifts.
