There’s lots of things that get in the way of good quality and longer sleep. For me, I need to monitor what news and my frequency for watching TV as well as keeping all electronics in another room, every night. Some people take a social media break. It’s okay to fall off the grid. How would your sleep improve if you temporarily disappeared from plugging in?
