Slow down, breathe, drink a tall glass of cold water, and get outside and explore Mother Nature with a quick walk for a few minutes in the sunshine, if you can. To remain preventative in your Thrive Quest, you’ll have to routinely schedule Healing Time that’s filled with healthy habits so your cup will remain running over.

Ask yourself, “What is the best day and time of the week to routinely schedule Healing Time for me?” And then set an automated reminder to get and stay on track.
