There’s not one human who hasn’t been directly or indirectly affected by mental health conditions during the pandemic. Yet we all operate of our own free will. If you have a family history, you may or may not be more prone to mental health setbacks. But be reminded, your family history does not have to shape your outcomes. You can prevail, with your will. Choose freedom and it manifests. Whether you have a clinical diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or think it might be possible you’re suffering from it given your traumatic events, you can find healing in this stress-less ‘getaway.’

The next time you feel stressed about something, ask yourself, “Am I somehow limiting myself with my beliefs?” Scan what you believe about yourself and the reasons you believe it. Explore your views on barriers, guards or walls that have been put up. Could it be those walls really aren’t shielding you? Who knows what miracles you can achieve, when you believe?

Having trouble knowing your purpose or calling in life?

Fill in this blank. “If I weren’t afraid I would __________________.”
