Reality is based on core values that develop over time into a belief system and creates a perception. How we view all the ups and downs that life has to offer is rooted in our perceptions. Even more so, if an unbalanced mindset has wreaked havoc with physical ailments, which hijack your daily peace and joy. Healthy behavior change is possible (in fact, probable!) when you alter your attitudes by gaining insights about the unknown[1].
